The AVMVCD currently only handles issues with mosquitoes.

A Vector is an organism (mostly insects) that can carry and transmit a disease-causing pathogen from one animal/plant to another or causes direct harm and injury to humans or animals.

Examples: mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, mites, lice, flies, rats, eye gnats, spiders, scorpions, rattlesnakes.
